Once you receive the email, you have several options available to access and review the document:

1. Go to www.waynecountylandrecords.com; register as a 'new user', follow the prompts, and you can view the document in its entirety.

2. Visit our office at 400 Monroe, 7th Floor, Detroit, MI, where you can use our free kiosks to search our records, or have one of our Land Record Analysts assist you with your search.

3. If you believe fraud has been committed on your property, call our Fraud Hotline at 313-224-5869.
